If the visual inspection determines that the stucco installation complies with appropriate guidelines and moisture readings are less than 20%, then no further action is necessary.

If the visual inspection determines deficiencies in the stucco installation and moisture readings are less than 20%, then perform repairs to correct the installation deficiencies.

If the visual inspection determines deficiencies in the stucco installation and moisture readings are between 20% and 30%, then check for structural deterioration as described below in phase 1 of structural evaluation, repair all sources of water entry and correct the installation deficiencies.

If the visual inspection determines deficiencies in the stucco installation and moisture readings are greater than 30%, then perform structural investigation as described below in phase 1 of structural evaluation, repair all sources of water entry and correct the installation deficiencies.
